The extensive use of large-sized double horizontal shaft mixer is the requirement of commercial concrete development in our country. Double horizontal shaft mixer has the inefficient zone which is close related to its structure. This paper gives the measure to solve this problem according to new mixing conception. That is double mixing-blades mixer. The author raises the parameters design principle of mixer by means of theoretical analysis. According to the purposes of mixing and parameters optimization, the author discusses parameters optimization and matching by means of experiment study. After that the author design industrial model mixer on the basis of ordinary double horizontal shaft mixer provided by Zhenjiang Huachen Huatong Road Machinery Corporation Limited, and testes the performance of industrial model mixer comparing with ordinary forced action mixer. The result indicate that the double mixing-blades mixer improves mixing performance of inefficient zone , mixing quality and productivity of whole machine highly. Theoretical analysis and experiment study show that the means of double mixing-blades mixer is feasible. |
