Grouting results are relied by a lot of factors, however, as far as grouting operation is concerned, grouting process is controlled by grouting pressure, grouting flow and density of cement grout (water cement ratio), which are named briefly three main factors of grouting. Grouting pressure is the resource of grouting energy, and is also a key factor of controlling grouting quality. Grouting pressure is motive of sending cement gout into small holes of geological strata designed beforehand, the motive is commonly produced by piston movement of grouting pump, reasonable and scientific grouting needs to choose a most ideal pressure, which is controlled by adjustable valve in the pipe of return grout. Thus it has been an argent problem in grouting realm that research and develop dynacially monitoring pressure system and modern, practial, durable grouting vavle which can automatically adjust and feedback to control pressure.In the supervisor's topic group of modern grouting technology, the two upper problems wre highlightly studied and developed. Better advancement and step achievements were reached, dynacially monitoring pressure system had convert to products which had been put into practice; sample of grouting automatically adjustable vavle had been produced, feasible trial had been done in situ; the drawings of grouting electromotion adjustable valve had been designed. At the beginning of research, it was the case that deep and careful investigation, analysis and research had been carried out about situations and existing problems of grouting monitoring pressure system, automatically adjustable and electromotion adjustable valves at home and abroad. It was for sure that later researches would be carried out in the proper direction and methods based on the firm theories, meanwhile not sure to come round in key technology. The details as follow:1. Highly acurate solid piezoresistive pressure transister had been successfully made, advanced transmission technology of two wires was adopted, which was stable and reliable, nowadays it had been put into use in sitiu.2. Two kinds of oil-water isolator were successfully made in succession: high pressure gum type and metal slice type oil-water isolator, fatal problems that transistor would be eroded when cement grout directly touching were solved to the root, nowadays all-in-one package of monitoring grout pressure made up of impoved pressure sensor and oil-water isolator had been put into use in sitiu.3. Signal isolator was successfully made, strong electric-magnetic interference and chunnels interference of many transistors transmission chunnels was effectively restrained. Signal isolator is an electric product whose technicality is stronger and producation is difficult, thus it is expensive. It is postive to total performance-price ratio and technology percentage of LJ series grouting auto-recorder.4. Mechanical valve of auto-controlling pressure was successfully designed and made, and electric controlling valve was initially designed. The former can automatically change valve by a set of designed spring, as a result, frequent artificial changes were not needed, so grouting work became a partly automatic process. The latter consists of electric equipment and valve. Stepper motor acturately change valve to the just position based on signals, and succeed the goal of auto-controlling pressure.
