The rapid development of computer network has been adding new content to the improve of automatic control, How to utilize the information provided by the computer network is a direction of this decade. So, based on analysis to current situation of control system of high- voltage motor of the step-up pump in water-source-land of power plant, this paper constructs a VF AC speed adjustment system which is mainly composed of MAXF frequency converter and high-voltage motor. A long-range monitoring system based on the LAN of power plant is developed. In addation, the paper designs the programs on remote monitoring control,on frequency converter driving and on virtual device driving.In order to improve the comtrol effect of this speed adjustment system, the paper works out a Il-stage fuzzy coutroller based on general fuzzy controller. The simulation and experimentation show that this fuzzy controller can improve the control performance of the system. It takes less time for the system to get to the given rotating velocity. That proves the system has better static performance, In case of imcreasing of decreasing the motor load,the system can get to the given velocity rapidly. That proves the Il-stage fuzzy controller makes the FV AC Speed adjustment system also have better dynamic performance.Moreever, the experiment of nerwork operation shows the system is able to communicate. By using remote compute the operation state of the system can be monitored and the parameters of the system can be controlled.
