Reciprocating compressors are core equipment for gas compression which are widely applied in modern industrial production.In actual production,certain adjustment will be made to the process medium or process parameters in order to meet the diversified production requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the transformation of the original compressor according to the process adjustment,with necessary performance calculations such as thermodynamic check calculation,power calculation,and strength calculation,to ensure the safe and stable operation of compressor.Thermodynamic recalculation and dynamic recalculation are the key links in the process of compressor reconstruction calculation.The calculation is based on the medium,flow rate,pressure and other related parameters requirements proposed by the process production conditions,and it will be verified whether the performance of the compressor meets the requirements of working conditions The force of the piston compressor is also obtained through dynamic calculation.The dynamic and thermal calculations of reciprocating compressors provide initial data for engineering drawings and the basic design of each component.In this thesis,a transformation plan was proposed based on the algorithm research and program realization of the thermodynamic recalculation and dynamic calculation of reciprocating compressors at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the production site of the enterprise,and the advantages and limitations of the existing performance recalculation algorithms and procedures.A two-stage compression thermodynamic recalculation C program was written and the scheme was determined;then the Excel dynamic calculation program was compiled to calculate the integrated piston force and gas force.The inlet and exhaust valves of the reciprocating compressor were designed according to the design scheme in order to meet the production requirements.Finally,the operation of the compressor is more stable and efficient through the simulation analysis of the flow field of the valve.The research in this thesis has certain guiding significance and reference value for the performance recalculation of other reciprocating type compressors.
