In order to deal with the attack of the low altitude missile, rocket and airplane,automation artillery that can response rapidly is needed. Automation rapid fire artillerylinking with fire control system can shoot mass ammunition and bullet in short time. Theartillery uses electron time fuze to control explosion of the ammunition and form a bullet wallin front of the attacking target to block the missile. Nowadays, applying this kind ofautomation artillery is the development direction to counterattack armed forces helicopter andshort-range counterattacking missile. Rapid fire artillery and fire control system can realizeautomation. But in order to realize full-automatic, fuze setting system and fire control systemmust be connected. Thus, fire control system can rapidly and automatically transmits mostnew data about target to fuze when fuze shoots up from the muzzle, and then fuze controls thedetonation of the ammunition, and precisely control detonation point, and greatly improve thedamage rate. But the surroundings of the muzzle is very complex, not only has hightemperature and high pressure power gas, but has shock wave produced by projectile highspeed movement and complex electromagnetism influence, and as the same time eddywastage phenomenon also exists in the fuze. Presently, with the improvement of the projectilemuzzle speed, there exists air ionized in the bore and muzzle. This kind of ionized airreciprocity with the emission electromagnetic wave in the induction setting and influence theemission electromagnetic, then influence the information transmission in the induction settingsystem. With the speed improvement of the projectile, this influence is more distinct. To theinduction setting technology, the key technology is the precision of the data transmission. Inorder to make sure the exact transmission, to find the influence factor is very significant forimproving the fuze transmission precision. In order to improve induction setting precision, thearticle learns the relative data about electromagnetic induction setting, grasps the composingof fuze induction setting system and the mostly principle of data transmission, analyses thefactors influencing data transmission in the induction setting system. The article mainlyanalyses the aerodynamic during the projectile high speed flying and air ionization influence.At last, the article puts forward some ways to reduce the influence effects.
