After the research on blank modeling and shot peening path design for integral wing panel, a new technology for rapid blank modeling based feature mapping and an algorithm for complex Integral Wing Panel's shot peening path design are presented in this thesis.With analyzing the characteristics and modeling process of aircraft integral panel parts, they are divided into original and accessorial information of mapping and the feature model of aircraft integral panel is built. With the feature mapping from part to blank, state changing of Integral Wing Panel is achieved and rapid modeling for blank is realized.Based on the study of general algorithms for Integral Wing Panel's shot peening path design and forming factors, an shot peening path design algorithm for complex Integral Wing Panel's forming in the string direction are proposed, and a proof-test is taken.According to the feature mapping theroty and path design algorithm, prototype systems for integer panel are developed respectively on PC.
