Material Ration Management System is an indispensable part of manufacturing informatization, its practicability and applicability meets with much recognition increasingly. The work efficiency and veracity of the Material Ration Management System is relative to the cost accounting and manufacture efficiency. The main content of the dissertation are as follows:1) On the basis of deeply analysis and summarization of present requirements of enterprises, this dissertation presents Material Ration Management System architecture base on Component Object Model technology, Clarifies system's software process and main functions.2) The dissertation discusses the key technologies of this system, including Material Coding technology, the technology of system integration and exchange based on XML (extensible Markup Language), Virtual Database Technology, COM(Component Object Model) technology. These technologies supply academic foundation for the system design and development.3) Bringing forward component layered architecture made up of outer component, backbone component and inner component based on component's change frequency. Establishing Material Ration Management System's component design, develop technical system.On the basis of the research results, Material Ration Management System isestablished for SAC, which has been put into practice.
