Deeply under the background of the reform of the electric power system,hydropower station,the enterprise in the process of production,the accurate material management decisions,is to make the enterprise realize the determinants of cost and benefit maximization,hydropower enterprise during the production and business operation,need to pay attention to the development of informationization,and under the information technology support,the optimal decisions,guarantee on the basis of the productivity,strengthen the link of material in the buy,supply and tube,with four aspects of the management efficiency,will increase the turnover of funds,the organic collection of information,logistics,capital of the enterprises,make the enterprise to obtain a bigger development space.Based on the preliminary investigation of actual production demand of material management of S hydropower station,as well as the analysis of current management requirements and on-site execution process,and combining with the quality system management concept,this paper standardizes and systematizes the daily material management process of S hydropower station.The material management system based on Maximo platform is designed.MAXIMO is built on an open WEB architecture.It is an open system and an open standard.This system development language is JAVA,the architecture is based on J2 EE,B/S system multi-layer technical architecture,using structured query language(SQL)to retrieve data from the database,suitable for different deployment environment.The system is able to monitor the whole process of materials,including material demand,purchase plan,order purchase,material purchase acceptance and storage,invoice management,material delivery management,system management and other module functions.
