Airfoil blade is one of key parts in aeroengine and takes the pole of energy transformation. Because of the requirement of using environment and aeroengine performance, airfoil blade manufacture needs higher precision. Since the structure of blade is complex and the forming precision is very high, the precision forging die becomes one of the advanced technologies used in aeroengine manufacture. With the rapid development of the computer technology, the informatization and digital management will be the development direction of the aeroengine corporation.After analyzing both overseas and home development of engine blade precision forging die CAD technology, the blade precision forging die design based on Unigraphics (UG) in the PDM is presented to solve the problem of the forging die's "design-analysis-manufacture" integration. In this paper, the PDM system is established by TC-Enterprise software, and a special system of blade modeling and die precision designing has been exploited with the help of UG The main content is as below:The PDM System integration is studied to manage the files, the work flow and the design BOM structure in order to design the precision forging die with the high efficiency in the PDM. The CAD system structure and the collectivity layout of the blade precision forging die based on UG are presented.The calculation methods and the model designs are studied to translate the data of the forging blade surface. The calculation and design includes the calculating the balance angle, extending of the blade on both sides, extending of the blade on the tip and on the root, expanding of the surfaces of the blade, changing the data on the consideration of the shrinking and the reflecting of the blade material, the blade body modeling, the rabbet modeling, the boss modeling, etc.In this paper, the content of the blade forging die design is studied, including the design method and fundamental of the gutter, the shape criterion of the forging die model, the forging die modeling, the calculation of the blade transmutation resistance, etc. |
