The dissertation is mainly dealt with three phase power factor problem in the power supply system of underwater weapons with the emphasis on the system performance such as high power factor, high efficeny, high power density, adjustment to wide input range and fast response to change. Firstly, the development of power factor correction technology is introduced. Secondly, the principle and mathematic model of three phase voltage source rectifier is analyzed. Thirdly, the principle, computation and combination of voltage space vector modulation is investigated. Moreover a specific voltage space vector modulation is studied according to the speciality of a three phase PWM rectifier, in which the phase of maximum current among three pahse is uncontrolled. Additionally, the system based on three phase abc static reference frame and based on dq rotator reference frame are designed and simulated respectively according to the requirement of the system. In order to improve response to change, the mixed PI controller is applied to outer voltage loop. Based on the above research , hardware and software of the system is designed. The topology of the system is three phase voltage source rectifier , the modulation mode is SVPWM with the phase of maximum current uncontrolled, and the control mode is the directly current one . The control system is realized based on TMS320LF2407A DSP controller.
