Quanzhou Red Brick Urban Residential Regional Continuity And Innovation

QuanZhou city is famous for it's history and culture in China, and it has the notable natural environment features and the dwelling culture characteristics.Under the globalization circumstances, the housing design in small towns and cities in red-brick region of QuanZhou has deviated from the track of respecting the regional creation, which have initiated serial crises ,for example the regional characteristic disappeared, the gentle pulse of environment is ignored, the architectural style is confused and construction is unordered and have neglected the unitarity that the occupant's individual character results in inhabiting culture. How to design the houses in small towns and cities in conformity with modern life and with characteristic of region has become a problem to be solved urgently at present.Through the research of traditional dwelling's regional characteristic in red-brick region of QuanZhou and according to investigates and studies the summary modern small cities production mode of life,We have designed 《TheTraditional Characteristics of Houses in small cities and towns--the Regionof QuanZhou》. This will provide the effective technical reference and the theory basis for the housing design in small cities and towns in red-brick region of QuanZhou.There are three parts in this dissertation:In the first part, it has mainly introduced the background , the meaning and the method of the research. Through analyzing regional research dynamic status and examples both at home and abroad ,Summarize some questions of houses in small town and cities that should be paid attention to while operating of regional continuity and experience and reality of innovation.In the second part, through practically investigation and gathering the material, summarize and propose suiting the inhabitancy mode of the life and production in small towns and cities , inhabiting function type and small town...
