During building the bridge, the large overhead gantry is a main machine which can save money ,time and protect environment. The span of the MSS62.5 overhead gantry is the longest one in the world. The height and the weight of the upgrade is also the biggest in construction. So it's important to analysis this machine. The girder is a major part of a overhead gantry system, and the whole MSS security and economy is affected by the structure of the girder. The deflection of the concrete is also controlled by the girder. If we can't calculate the deflection of the girder nicety, the smoothness of the concrete bridge will can't be realized. We will study the method calculating the deflection carve by the famous software—ANSYS in this paper. The result of calculation will be compared to validate the nicety. The girder of the MSS62.5 overhead gantry is divided into two parts to meet the need of the construction. The two parts of the girder is connected by the bolt. So we will study the machines performance of the bolt and discuss the suit place to divide the girder. In order to testify the calculation result we have done the test in the building site during the April 23 and May 2. The test proved that this machine accords with the criterion of the design and credible.
