| The shear connector is an important component to ensure that the steel-concrete composite structure can work together.The high-strength bolt shear connector can replace the traditional stud connector due to its own detachable,good stress performance and fatigue resistance.Steel-concrete composite structure.However,at present,domestic and foreign scholars have studied more about stud shear connectors,and there are few studies on high-strength bolt shear connectors.There are few analysis on the influencing factors of their shear bearing capacity.Existing studies have also focused on The launch test under the concrete compression state did not give the corresponding specifications for the mechanical properties of the shear connectors in the concrete tension state,and the domestic and foreign codes and scholars did not give the resistance of the high-strength bolts in the steel-concrete composite structure.Shear capacity formula.In order to study the factors affecting the bearing capacity of high-strength bolt shear connectors,this paper uses ABAQUS finite element simulation software as a research tool.After numerical verification of the test,a reasonable finite element model is selected to study the bearing capacity of high-strength bolt shear connectors.The shear resistance of bolts under different influencing factors is discussed.The main work done in this paper is as follows:(1)This article conducted a finite element analysis of the existing launch test,compared the numerical calculation results with the launch test results,and found that the peak load error of the numerical calculation results and the existing launch test results are within 10%,which proves the establishment of this paper.The accuracy and applicability of the finite element model.(2)Build a high-strength bolt connector through ABAQUS software to launch a test finite element model to discuss the effects of bolt strength,bolt diameter,concrete strength,bolt preload and steel beam reserved pores on bolt shear connectors.The research shows that increasing the diameter,strength and concrete strength of the bolt connection can effectively improve the shear resistance of the bolt;the increase in the reserved holes of the steel beam cannot increase the shear resistance of the bolt,but will cause the bearing capacity to decrease and slip The amount increases;increasing the preload of the bolt can only increase the friction between the bolt and the steel beam,and cannot increase the shear bearing capacity of the bolt connection.(3)Use ABAQUS software to establish a reverse push model to study the bearing capacity of bolt shear connectors in the tension zone of concrete,and consider the influencing factors of bolt diameter and concrete strength.Numerical analysis shows that the diameter of the bolt is the main influencing factor of the shear bearing capacity,and the concrete strength has little effect on the shear bearing capacity of the bolt.Before the concrete cracks,there is no obvious difference between the bearing capacity of the bolts in the concrete tension and compression state.The failure modes of the concrete in the tension state are all concrete cracking failure.(4)The proposed formula of the bearing capacity of the bolt shear connector is compared with the recommended formulas proposed by scholars from various countries.The results show that the established calculation formula can be used as a reference for the research of the ultimate bearing capacity of the bolt shear connector. |
