China is one of countries with serious traffic accidents in the world. The problem to prevent and control traffic accidents is a widespread subject for being concerned. As the major part of the three basic elements of traffic system, it is an important measure to improve the driver's stress driving fitness. But the traditional driving training has more limitations as the traffic situation has become more and more complex.This paper provides the view scene system of driver training simulator developed with Direct3D (DSSS). It according to the principle of cartoon and the virtual reality technology, and using the Direct3D of Microsoft, in the environment of Visual C++ 6.0, the methods of using the good property of Direct3D to present and generate view scene of simulator. The results showed that the view scene system of driver training simulator can satisfactorily simulate the scene out of car. Then the system has realized the interaction between the driver and the stress scene to train the drivers.This paper introduces some driving simulators and their applications in the world and then the design thought of this system is derived. This system consists of five modules: stress scene simulation subsystem, stress scene play subsystem, acceleration and brake subsystem, turning subsystem, and interaction subsystem. Then present and generate view scene and realize the interaction between the driver and the stress scene to train the drivers. At last, this paper analyzed the function and limitation of this system and the suggestion to improve is provided. The system runs smoothly and has a friendly interface.
