As the standard of living is increasing day by day and the private cars increasegradually, the number of people who participate in a motor vehicle driving training isincreasing year by year. In driving training industry, some problems exist, such as unable todistinguish the qualities of training companies, insufficient learning time, inferior-qualityinstructional car, lack of training site and so on. Some driving schools take the method of“speed-up educational programs”, resulting in the phenomena that some people are not ableto drive though they get the driving licenses. This leads hidden danger to the traffic. Thequality of driving training industry has become a big issue related to people’s life and safety.It’s urgent to strengthen the management of driving training industry. The above is auniversal problem in China, HuangShi is no exception.After investigating the current situation of the driving training industry, absorbingdomestic and foreign relevant research results, analysing main problems of driving trainingindustry in HuangShi city, then puts forward the countermeasures of construction of drivertraining supermarket and the definition of driver training supermarket, and in-depth analysisof its connotation, and carring out on the construction of HuangShi city driver trainingsupermarket argument. According to the research of the driver training supermarketbusiness model, the driver training design a system scheme for the construction of thesupermarketDriving training by supermarket management system is proposed in this paper.“Centralized application, flat rate charge, self-chosen driving school, self-chosen teaching,centralized theory training (including online training), vehicle per person, self-reservation,time-of-use pricing system, postpaid system, evaluation system, and information sharing” isthe main contents for this management system. This result is based on the investigation ofthe driving training industry of HuangShi city. This may provide significant improvement tothe supervision of training industry by transport administration of HuangShi, which includeimproving quality of driving training, each a certain number of students equipped with aninstructional car and solve some other problems under the one-time payment mode,especially reduce the occurrence of the ‘road killer’ and facilitate the development ofdriving training industry in HuangShi city.
