| Regarding the characteristics of luxury BOVA bus, which is imported from Holland by Zhongtong Bus Holding Co., Ltd, we developed the Coach Cabletree Testing System (shorted as CCTS). In this paper, it is introduced that the foundimental thory and the detailed reality of CCTS. The system , which is composed with CCTS 1.0 developed with VC++ and driver of hardware 8051 developed with C51, gives out a solution to test the completeness of hardness automatically. The detailed researches are as follows:Firstly, it is discussed about the aim of this development, and the way to realize it.Then, it is introduced in the respect of basic database, developing environment, selection of control, and the structure of the database. We find out it, the selection of making CCTS be compatible to ODBC, could give a higher openness of the system, and hide the detailed operation of DBMS , and it make it possible to use different DBMS. It is also give a continous developing possibility to select MFC Application of VC++ as the developing methord.After that, regarding the problems from the application of real Cabletree production, this paper created the mathematic models of CCTS System, gave out detailed calculations of each procedure, and constructed the theory of Coach Cable Testing System. It shows that CCTS system can tell the position and type of Cabletree falures of the by comparing the defined array and the result array, which is on the base of knowledge engineering and self-improving Cabletree definition.Finally, the interface of CCTS systems and users is introduced in this paper.We can clearly draw the conclusion that all the testing systems are based on the definition of coach cabletree. If the definitions of coach cabletree are incorrect, the correct coach cabletree is unable to pass the test. Therefore, the users must guarantee that the definitions of coach cabletree are correct.The development of CCTS system is a significant meaningful that it can improve the production conformity of Coach Cabletrees, lower the fake rate of the coach cabletree production, reduce the intensity of labour, increase the passed rate of coach cabletree production. |
