In the industrial production process,automated functional testing equipment ensures the safety and quality of the products shipped.In the field of household appliances,product safety and quality are the two most important indicators of household appliances.Increasingly stringent product safety and quality indicators place higher requirements on automated functional test equipment.This project designed an automated functional test equipment,mainly including hardware signal acquisition board,signal excitation card and test software on the industrial computer,which can quickly build the overall test environment according to the specification provided by the manufacturer,and has the advantages of excellent performance,easy operation and high testing efficiency.This article first investigates the research background and significance in the field of automated testing.After fully analyzing the current situation and future development direction of the existing automated testing platform,an overall automated testing framework is drawn up.The test framework is mainly composed of the underlying hardware business board and the automated test upper computer on the industrial computer.Business boards are mainly divided into signal sampling cards and signal output cards.Signal acquisition cards are mainly divided into low-voltage differential signal acquisition cards,high-voltage differential signal acquisition cards,and AC signal sampling cards.Signal output boards are mainly divided into optocoupler output boards and relay output boards.These two types of boards are mainly used to control the on-off of the external circuit to be tested.Perform performance evaluation on the sampling accuracy and sampling speed of the signal sampling board,and reduce the cost of the business board as much as possible on the basis of meeting the performance.The hardware part of the board is mainly divided into analog sampling multiplexing,conditioning circuit,isolation circuit,high-precision voltage sampling,effective value conversion circuit and so on.The software part of the board mainly includes test protocol,high-precision voltage sampling,signal waveform analysis,etc.The automated test platform on the industrial computer mainly includes test sequencing,data model definition,parallel testing,etc.Integrating the business board and the host computer test platform on the industrial computer,it can become a complete automated functional test system.Users can freely select and match business boards that meet the test items of the equipment under test,and realize non-coded test process input and graphical test results display on the automated test platform of the industrial computer.Finally,this paper implements the hardware and software of the entire automated test platform,and its actual performance meets the required technical parameters.In the actual deployment process,the article uses the circuit board of the washing machine as an example to verify the system.The deployment of the automated test platform is very convenient and fast,and it can well complete all the test steps specified in the specification.Test reports are automatically generated.It has well fulfilled the requirements put forward by the entrusting party.
