Car Dvd Pcb Board Detection System Developed

The inspection of PCB is an important part in the manufacture process of electronic device. It ensures the performance and quality of the products meet the needs well. This paper is written about this PCB auto-testing system. The function includes the inspection of key short circuit, key open circuit, LED states, current consuming of power supply, Encoder and VFD.The main content of this paper includes: Designing the mechanical structure; Developing the drivers of control card; Designing the inspection circuit; Developing the system software based on LabVIEW platform. The emphasis of this paper is the development of the system software. The difficulty is the drivers of control card developed by ourselves based on WDM and the programs of auto- recognizing irregular segments and spots on VFD.This paper has achieved a majority of functions and run well in the factory. A lot of research for the inspection of VFD has done and a lot of technique information has accumulated. It is believed that the inspection of VFD can be solved in the future not far away.
