Currently, the main line of raising speed train has already run fully in our country, raising speed of the passenger car, raising travel speed and heavy haul of the truck have been to the established developing direction of the railway transportation. Undoubtedly, making the change to be true will put forward higher requirement for the performance of rolling stock on each aspect. Bogie is an important part of moving vehicle, and the dynamic response which has experienced on the high speed railway is a random process, so fatigue crack often appear in crucial parts such as bogie, bolster. To put forward scientific basis for the safety of bogie running when evaluating the exhausted strength of bogie, dynamic strain test is needed on the actual railway. In the process of testing, the characteristic of too much data channels, long testing time and complex testing environment etc, have caused the signal get various of disturbance in the collection process, and affected the authenticity of testing results. Therefore, it is necessary that modify the zero drift, remove the disturbance, raise the signal-to-noise ratio, exploit the system which is suitable for the data processing of bogie strain testing.This paper has introduced the composition of the system which tested the bogie dynamic strain, has elaborated the optimization design ideology of the program and the design thought of program which based on the LabVIEW software project. Besides it has stressed the superiority that based on the developing platform of LabVIEW, the major function of bogie dynamic strain testing data processing system, the means of which to make handling zero drift, removing singular point, handling unregular points and handling filter wave come true. As an example of the dynamic strain singal which tested by CW-2B bogie of Changchun Railway Vehicles co., Ltd. use the actual testing singal on Beijing-Jilin railway to analyse handling. This software is characteristic of removing zero drift, at the same time, it is flexible to handle data, simple to use, friendly interface.
