The problems about the vibration reliability have got the recognition in more and more trades, and have been taken into some researches on the base of normal reliability. But t the fuzzy factors take forth, along with the expandedness of the researches, and the restrain factors are more and more outstanding. So it becomes the developmental trend to introduce the fuzzy factors and restraint circumstances.This paper will mainly research the theory and method of the fuzzy reliability about the vibration under the circumstances of unrestraint and restraint. The main productions and innovative points are as follows:1. Build up the amended probability statistics method. Then, on the bases of the probability statistics foco-limit method and the amended probability statistics method, to ascertain the no resonance reliability of the structure synthetic assessment method and Vague set of the fuzzy theory. This method take the fuzzy factors into account, it's a progress.2. In the course of thinking of the parameters' randomicity, enriched the distributing types of the parameters, and given out the corresponding reliability models. At the end, all of these are applied in the woven software of the vibration fuzzy reliability.3. Concerning the division between over loading and within loading, settled the fuzzy factors by importing the subjection function and the correlative knowledge of fuzzy mathematics. Then according to take both the swing and the frequency into account, build up the new analysis model of the common-mode abate fuzzy reliability.4. Based on the simple global noise source, take the noise which is cared by people into account. Get the sound pressure level after processing the noise source's sound pressure. Educe the allowable value of the upper limit, through linking to the sound pressure level which is permitted. Taking the value into the reliability modals established before, found the diplex integral mathematics modals that is restricted.
