The construction industry is the pillar industry since China’s reform and opening up.In recent years,along with the rise of China’s housing market economy,the speed of the construction industry has been accelerating,but the hidden danger of construction quality is hidden under the upward momentum of the economy.Therefore,how to ensure that the construction project achieves high quality requirements while improving economic efficiency has become a problem that plagues domestic practitioners and scholars.Due to the frequent occurrence of construction quality accidents in China,not only economic losses are caused to the society and individuals,but also the people’s lives are seriously crippled.It is a hot issue that the state and the government pay close attention to.To this end,China’s central and local governments and construction units have formulated quality accident handling mechanisms and emergency measures to prevent accidents.However,it is still impossible to prevent such incidents from happening at the root.This requires us to analyze the influencing factors that cause quality accidents,and conduct sufficient research on the site construction conditions,monitor the quality of construction projects in real time,and then formulate effective construction quality management measures to prevent quality accidents from happening again.On the basis of the on-site inspection of the construction site,this paper establishes the construction construction quality evaluation index system,and conducts regular investigations on the construction project to collect the fuzzy factors that affect the construction quality.Through the data analysis screening and evaluation model construction,the building construction quality evaluation model is obtained.Combine this model with the actual project to find out the representative influencing factors in construction quality management,and provide reference for quality management for construction units and developers.The main research work is as follows:(1)Analysis of data collection and quality influencing factors on the construction site.The construction site is different from the general manufacturing industry.The construction site environment is complex and variable,and there are many uncertain situations.How to efficiently and accurately collect data on the construction site,how to classify and process the data after data collection,in order to identify the construction quality The influencing factors are aspects that require careful study.(2)Identify fuzzy factors.There are a lot of data collected at the construction site.It is very important to screen out the fuzzy factors that affect the construction quality from many influencing factors.The article establishes the fuzzy identification method of construction quality evaluation to determine the ambiguity information of the main influencing factors,thus identifying the fuzzy factors.(3)The construction of fuzzy language operator and building construction quality evaluation model.The centralized operator and the diffuse operator are used to evaluate the construction quality reliability.Different mood operators correspond to different basic fuzzy subsets.This paper evaluates the reliability of construction quality using fuzzy language such as “very reliable”,“reliable” and “slightly reliable”.For reliable linguistic operators,the larger the better the evaluation index is adopted;for the unreliable linguistic operator,the smaller and better evaluation index is adopted.Identify the affiliation of each tone operator and establish a construction quality evaluation model.(4)Apply the Vague set method to evaluate the quality of building construction.Applying Vague sets for evaluation Firstly,the membership function of Vague sets is established.The process generally includes the following steps: establishing state feature parameter model→building fuzzy factor set→establishing fuzzy comment set→determining fuzzy membership interval→establishing Vague set membership function→calculation result.The quality reliability range is between [0,1].Each membership function corresponds to an interval,and multiple membership functions determine the interval of"very reliable","reliable",and"slightly reliable"to evaluate the quality.
