Based on the researches and the development trends home and abroad on maintenance management and maintenance resources optimization,this thesis proposes the architecture of distributed armament maintenance resource optimum configuration, establishes the process model of maintenance resource optimum configuration according to the reality of the army. The paper studies the technologies of demand analysis, maintenance human resources configuration, and maintenance resources optimum configuration. The main research contents and innovative achievements are listed below:1. Important functional items are identified with the target of maintenance resources optimum configuration through Failure Mode, Effective and Critical Analysis (FMECA). On the basis of the analysis, the maintenance requirement pattern of maintenance objects is studied using the integration RCM logic decision and knowledge.2. The technology of maintenance human resources configuration is studied, the mathematical model of maintenance human resources configuration is established. This paper designs a genetic algorithm adapt to maintenance human resources configuration. Furthermore, the thesis analyses and explains in detail the related parameters'design and sequences of manipulation.3. The technology of maintenance resources optimization is studied. Application principles and concrete steps to use network planning technique in maintenance resources optimization are investigated. The paper establishes an analysis model of maintenance resources optimization by analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method and identifies the resources'optimization criterion through judgment matrix. At last, utilizing the achievements above this thesis studies the system overall design, establishes the architecture, designs the function structure and successfully develops the distributed armament maintenance resources configuration system. The preliminary application results are introduced.
