With the development of economy and people's living level, more and more attention are put on the bridge shape and aesthetics. So the task of bridge construction is becoming more and more hard. In fact, any bridge construction, especially the construction of long span bridge, is a system engineering. During the course of construction for the aim of the bridge design, many factors, assured or unsure, will affect it. So we must refer construction control to the bridge. In recent years, to the bridge construction, people have had widely cognizance of the important station and effect of construction control in construction technique.Based on summing up construction controlling technology of arch bridges of home and abroad, taking Zhanhe bridge of Pingdingshan as project background, this paper has a particular study to the construction controlling for the leaning type arch bridge(double X-arch bridge). Combined with the structural characteristic of the bridge, monitoring program of the bridge has been made. Theoretical calculation of the bridge construction state has been got by the analysis of the construction course. By analyzing on the difference of theoretical calculation and real construction state, the author determines to take least-squares procedure as the method of identifying and adjusting construction parameters. By getting rational construction state from forward iteration method, this paper raises a rational scheme to pre-remain deformation and fix the original cable force. Synthesized above work, this dissertation achieved following conclusion:1. Checking of the bridge design: The ribs of this bridge was chiefly undergone compression and its bending moments was smaller; although the tied beams was members undergone tension and bending, but they were in full cross-section compressing because of having disposed more tendons; the distribution of tension of suspenders were comparatively even, and the controlling action of suspenders' tension to the line shape of bridge deck system was comparatively conspicuous; both the deformation and the internal force state of each members of this bridge were within the specialized range of bridge design norms, so that the stress state of this bridge structure was rational.2. Calculating of construction simulation: Construction process simulation calculating is an important part of construction control. It not only gives internal force and deformation of bridge and helps to make up reasonable construction scheme, but also offers theory for the parameter recognition and construction adjustment during bridge construction. Based on the calculating of the ribs' pouring , discharging and suspender's stretching sequence, internal forces, deformation of structure and suspender force are calculated to instruct bridge construction.3. Scheme of construction control: According to the characteristic and construction technique of the arch bridge, a detailed bridge construction scheme was made.
