Bridge engineers are concerned about the safety of the bridges’ construction process. Bridge construction control and safety early-warning is extremely important for the safety of the bridges during the construction process. The research object of this thesis is learning-type arch bridges, and the research content is on the safety early-warning theory and intelligent technology for bridges under condition of construction process. The research work and main results of this thesis are as follows:(1) Summarize the theory research situation of safety early-warning in the construction disasters and related engineering fields, and discuss the definition and characteristics of bridge construction system; Carry out a detailed statistical analysis on97bridges construction accidents that happened in recent years in China; introduce several classic accident causation theories, and found that people, things, environment and management during the bridges construction process are important reasons for bridge accidents after the analysis of accidents.(2) Establish the safety early-warning theory on the leaning-type arch bridge during construction process, including the meaning, elements and characteristics of the early-warning system; make a detailed analysis and research of early-warning methods, the composition and operation of the early-warning system.(3)Establish a construction process safety early-warning indicators system on the leaning-type arch bridge, including the principle, procedure and methods of early-warning indicators system, and gain safety early-warning indicators of this system; present the approach of the early-warning indicators, warning boundaries of the various early-warning indicators and early-warning signal graph representation and the meaning of the lights.(4)Apply the computer software technology to the safety early-warning for leaning-type arch bridges under the conditions of construction process, and make the safety early-warning intelligent; Develop a safety early-warning system software based on Visual Basic6.0programming techniques, and establish a database system to complete the standardized management and analysis of data, and realize the intelligent alarm and early-warning decision. Finally, the early-warning system is successfully applied to a project.
