| With the new opportunity of nation road development" 11th five-year plan", the road traffic security is confronted with a serious challenge. To ensure the quality of road traffic development and refrain from the old way of "development—emergence of problem—harness",perfecting the normative security improving measures,scientific road security evaluating system and strengthening the effective security inspecting measures to road design are the problem we should face and solve to keep the road traffic develop constantly and healthily.This paper make the investigation and research on security inspecting system and standard in road roadbed and road surface design ,set forth the security inspecting theory foundation,technology road and actualize program, analyze the security inspection standard of road roadbed and road surface; make the investigation and research on the relationship between the condition of road roadbed,road surface and road security; study the security inspection of road roadbed and road surface design,put forward the content of security inspection,quota,criterion and key point of security inspection; combining with the research system, this paper make the security evaluating to the roadbed and road surface part in highway construction design between Zhu-ji and Yong-Jia, Zhejian province.This paper research fruit is provide the scientific inspection demonstration and basis for improving the security ensuring system of road design and maximally relieving the amount of traffic accident and endangering level brought by the road design and road condition. |
