This automatic testing system can save time and labor contrast to the artificial operation, and can improve the quality of products in whole.The test studied the gathering and communication of temperature signal etc. We have adopted some new kinds of chips. For example TMP36GT9 integrated temperature sensor, MAX232 serial communication interface chip, and AT89C51 single chip microcomputer. According to the requisition of the testing standards, we designed a device to accomplish the signal gathering on real time; the tiding up, the showing and the typing of the data.
