Study Of The City Parking System In China

With the development of economy, more and more people have owned motorcar in most urban area. As a result, it is very difficult to find a parking place. On the basis of proceeds' research and summary, the author studies the parking surrounding the balance of the parking demand and supply. Firstly, this paper studies the model of supply-demand equilibrium, which is based on the character and influence factor of parking supply and demand. Secondly, the author summarizes lots of parking demand prediction model in common use, and analyses its excellence and shortcoming, then studies the Parking Guidance and Information System, which is weakness in parking system in our country. Lastly, the author puts forward our parking policy that resolves the parking problem.
