| The paper introduces and analyses the status quo of quality control system in Railway Electrical Service Engineering Construction Project systematically. The quality objective of Railway Electrical Service Engineering Project comes into being from the customers' quality planning ,reflecting the customers' purpose. The process which shape the project quality can be divided into decision-making stage, surveying stage, designing stage, and constructing stage. The paper only discusses the quality control system during constructing stage, analyses and studies how to fit the quality requirement of the customers and how to achieve the designed quality objective,on the side of the construction project instead of the construction company that the project organization belongs to.During the constructing stage of Railway Electrical Service Engineering Project, the purpose of the customers and designers can be carried out ultimately. The stage also plays a vital role in the establishing the use of the project ultimately, and the use decides the output and quality of the project. The author tried his best to combine theory with practice, and he focused on the practicability. The paper can be divided into eight chapters. At the first chapter, the author gave us a general outline of the Railway and the Railway Electrical Service Engineering Construction Project in our country. He also gave some necessary explanations concerning the concepts and the principles of quality control. It provides the foundation to the whole paper. At chapter 2, the author introduced the mode of establishing and operating the quality control system on the side of the project organization. This method of quality control is a kind of qualitative technique, which assures the quality of poduct by the quality of work.At chapter 3 and 4, the author detailedly analysed and summarized the construction project quality control process according to the construction procedure. The introduction to the practice of quality control system relates to many exclusive items such as idiographic affairs, engineering technical and material terms for... |
