In recent years,China’s railway construction has ushered in a golden period of rapid development.The development of high-speed railway not only brought about technological innovation,but also greatly promoted the improvement of construction quality control system.With the introduction,absorption and innovation of major technologies for high-speed railways in China,the construction level of high-speed railways is getting higher and higher,and the construction requirements are more and more complex and challenging.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously improve the high-speed railway construction quality control system and continuously promote the improvement of high-speed railway construction and quality management.How to use quality control methods to manage high-speed railway engineering construction,how to carry out high-speed railway engineering construction project quality management mode and quality control method innovation will inevitably become a new research topic.In this paper,the Chengdu-Chongqing CYSG2 project was taken as the research object,and the quality control in the construction process was analyzed in detail.Firstly,the literature method was used to fully discuss the current research status.Secondly,systematically summarizing the relevant theories of engineering quality control,and providing theoretical basis for the subsequent research of this paper;again,through the basic situation and quality control of the Chengdu-Chongqing CYSG2 project,the situation was introduced and analyzed.It was found that the quality control of the Chengdu-Chongqing CYSG2 project had the following problems: lack of quality management awareness,lack of effective continuous management mechanism,lax quality control in the whole process,lack of dynamic evaluation and continuous improvement mechanism,etc.The quality control level evaluation index system was established,and the quality control level of the project was evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the theory and engineering practice were combined,and the target planning,system guarantee and supply method were formulated according to the previous evaluation results.The quality control measures of the Chengdu-Chongqing CYSG2 project were put forward in the perspective of guaranteeing and providing the quality control awareness of the engineering personnel,and the quality control of the whole process was carried out.The evaluation model was used to calculate the quality control results after optimization.In this paper,the quality control and organization management theories and methods of the project were comprehensively applied to the Chengdu-Chongqing CYSG2 project,and the whole process quality control methods including progressquality control,milestone control of heavy and difficult projects,construction dynamic control were studied.The improvement strategy effectively improved the construction quality management level,construction management and control efficiency of the project and the competitiveness of the enterprise itself.
