Quality Management And Control Of Fuxin Citizen Service Center Construction Engineering

Construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy,quality management is the key and core of engineering construction management,and it is the main link to enhance the core competitiveness of China's construction enterprises.Compared with the developed countries,China's construction industry in terms of quality management and control started late,the relevant laws,regulations,policies are not very sound.In the global financial downturn and the national construction market shrinking environment,a new round of construction projects are still orderly construction,which for the construction industry,and no doubt will be a big challenge.How to make good use of the capital,how to improve the quality management level of construction enterprises will become the urgent problem to be solved.Based on the analysis of the concept and meaning of construction project quality management and control,this paper discusses the contents,methods and procedures of quality management and quality control,respectively.In the structure of the paper,the content and measures of quality control are emphasized.The method of analyzing the content of quality control is analyzed from three aspects of construction,supervision.The quality control of the specific measures are classified as three stages,in advance,in the matter,after the event.In this paper,the quality management theory applied to specific construction project quality control in,through a variety of quality management tools,dynamic system to control the quality of the project,effectively carry out QC group activities,to ensure the quality of construction projects,in this paper,the problems appeared in the process of project quality management,to put forward constructive suggestions.
