| This paper is based on the developing monitoring and controlling system of sludge incinerator in Taopu waste water treatment plant,shanghai..and it focuses on the research of the monitoring and controlling system of Fluidized Bed incinerator, The key points of this paper include the design of software and hardware of the system, and the realization of automatic control function.The monitoring and controlling system adopts a total distributed control system (DCS) constituted by a programmable logic controller (PLC) , a computer (PC) and thermal power engineering signal sensors, sender, controller, etc . PLC is used to collect data and perform automatic control partly, while PC is adopted to monitor the operation process , analyze data by communicating with PLC and automatic control mostly. This system enables the control system to be operating safely, reliably and economically, and then brings many conveniences to the operator.This paper contents software development of PLC and PC. The software for PC developed by Kingview,proves to be effective and friendly to operators,it also proves to be run in safe and steady. The software for PC realized many functions such as process display, list-display of operation parameters, alarming, history querying, automatic creation of worksheet, and trend monitor, etc. The software for PLC programmed by Concept, which can successfully detects signals and controls the loops.The design of an automatic control loops for the fluidized bed incinerator is also included in this paper. The system uses intelligent PID controller to design automatic control loops,including pressure of incinerator, percentrage of oxygen in gas. Fuzzy control is also used in automatic control loop of temperature of bed.The result of practical operation indicate that the monitoring and controlling system of sludge incinerator reached the aim of design, it running safety and steady. |
