Electric actuator is an important equipment of driving and controlling valve, which plays important part in the field of realizing piping net automatization. At present, the actuator adopted by our nation is almost import product, which is limited in the application of engineering. Especially the high price restricts realizing piping net automatization and remote control. So it is very significant of developing the electric actuator of possessing homeland independent property right.Upon the analysis of overseas popular product, combining the domestic controlling actuality, the prototype aeroplane on DSP electric actuator is developed. The system that realizes controlling valves with standard industry signal and system local on-off signal is composed of the following function cells: main control CPU, frequency conversion, infrared remote control, opening and torque detecting, remote signal measure and remote communication etc.The MCU that makes full use of abundant resources from TI special motor control processor TMS320LF2407 realizes the designing principia of modularization and achieves distribution of total system resources.Frequency conversion module implements motor starting and working calmly to prevent system from bumping valves through SPWM control mode.Infrared remote control device actualizes the system software parameters setting through the design of infrared sending and receiving circuit.Remote communication realizes the long-rang system's monitor and control function by CAN bus.The system achieves anticipated function request through system debug and load experiment, which has some engineering application value.
