In modern war, Anti-Helicopter Mine (AHM) will play an increasing important role by right of its particular agility and flexibility in the aspect of cooperating army to fight in a battle. In view of the limitation of theStrike to low altitude helicopter from cannons, missiles and so on, AHM has becoming an effective weapon against low altitude helicopter because of its agility of disposal, conveniences of all day on duty, and safe strike method. So the study on the operational effectiveness has become more and more important.This paper studied the basic theories and methods of Evaluating method home and abroad. Based on the evaluating models advance by WSEIAC, the operational effectiveness model of AHM was set up. Based on the AHM system, the function structure of every subsystem, and the application in battle condition, the reliability and battle ability were analyzed. Given the AHM parameters, the simulation for AHM system was carried out by the use of Maple and Matlab. At last, the operational effectiveness of AHM system against Helicopter was calculated by the model aboved-stated, which finished the evaluation of the system operational effectiveness.
