| The paper first studied the structure of the flexible belt conveyor status and all kinds of working state, at the basic of these, the paper makes use of the element SHELL63 and BEAM4 and the powerful gridding partition ability of ANSYS, the flexible belt conveyor was compartmentalized into 42197element. According the load and the whole part of the structure, the model of the conveyor was founded with the software.The paper got the result of stress, transmutations, dangerous working-conditions and dangerous point of the conveyor on the difference working conditions after the analysis. Based on above work, the method to improving the structure, which provided scientific theory foundation for the structure design and improving of other similar conveyor, was put forward by the author.Based on the analysis to the working condition, this paper made an optimization using ANSYS under the condition: ensure enough intention and rigidity, regarding total weight as object function. The result of the optimization indicated that the section dimension of the conveyor was lessened clearly that the optimization object of saving material and debasing costs has been arrived. |
