There are such problems existing in engineering of long span continuous rigid frame bridges as web plate cracking, midspan deflection,crack growth without load because of long term creep,these problems even result in engineering accident.All the facts state clearly the bridge design specification can't meet the effect of long term creep,it is necessary to study the basic principles of creep problems.On the basis of study about the quality of large span continuous rigid frame bridges home and abroad, the thesis analyzes the mechanism of the problems radically by some representative experiment about creep of bridges.The thesis also studies the constructional drawing and construction method and offers optimization and development of long span continuous rigid frame bridges design theory and construction techniche,so we are able to refrain from engineering disease effectively.The thesis includes four parts specifically:(1) Study about long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridges.(2) Analysis of concrete shrinkage creep.(3) Study of constructional drawing and constructional process about Su-tong Changjing continuous rigid bridge of 268m span.(4) Control measure of Su-tong Changjing continuous rigid frame bridge of 268m span.All the items above include almost all the method to prevent long span continuous rigid frame bridge from engineering disease.These measures manage to solve out the creep problems of such bridges.The scientific payoffs of the thesis are able to settle out the quality problems of all kinds of long span continuous rigid frame bridge,so the result will play some important roles in building such type of bridges.At the same time,we can make use of the conclusion in both curing bridges and reinforcement of old bridges.So the thesis bring out practical significance in improving the durability and service life of long span continuous rigid frame bridge.
