When the balancing cantilever segmental construction method has been applied in the building of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge, it is necessary to execute a construction control effectively. During the construction controlling of the bridge, shrinkage-creep is a important uncertain factors. At present, in the building of the bridges, there some problemes such as the stress measured is larger than value calculated, the creep displacements are far more than the values predicted and there are obvious lengthways displacements on the top of piers for shrinkage-creep. In this paper, on the basis of the constructing of Muzhou Bridge of Jiang-he highway, the method based upon the grey predictive control system was used to predict and control all construction states of pre-camber of bridge segment; From the view of mechanics, infection factors and computational theories about shrinkage-creep, these problemes was studied to some extent, and the resolvent was presented in this paper, which will play a great role in the creep displacements control of the continous rigid frame bridges in the future.
