Loader Monitoring System Based On Embedded Technology Research And Application

At present,remote monitoring system has been increasing applied in many fields with the development of technologicas and the improvement of standard of living and productivity.The monitoring system of construction machinery and the convenience of production management .It is believed that development of general remote monitoring system platform will has good prospect.Embedded system is one of the leading-edge technologies today.Using the embedded technology to improve construction machinery will be widely used.The target of this project is to develop the embedded construction controller.It is mainly used by loader and can be used by many other equipment because of it's generality.It will be widely applied in many fields because it's great functions,low cost,convenience of operation and it's easy to install and maintain.In this article ,we define the design's scheme of the hardware.and choose the suitable CPU and other relevant outer equipment.Such as FLASH,and so on. In this system ,we use MINIGUI as the sofeware of second development.On the basis of it ,the function of obstacle's diagnose,giving alert,black box and electronic manual are achieved.After the adjustment of the controller was finished,it was installed in the loader and inspection was executed.We obdtained very useful datum through the inspection.In the end of thesis,conclusions and evaluations are givien about this system .The development of monitoring system in the future is also suggested.
