Construction machinery plays a significant role during the rebuilding and utilization of nature in the last 50 years, from its naissance in the 20th century to development. And our country have been suffered from the poverty at the beginning of new china to the prosperity now, in which construction machinery contributed greatly to the construction of basic establishment. In 21st century, china has entered the booming period of economy, and the tremendous development of domestic fundamental construction and the changes of construction machinery market, make the construction machinery leasing business have the space of the market expanding and contribute to its growth, but face to unprecedented challenge at the same time: Management problem of Leasing company for construction vehicle confines the circulation of leasing equipments, and it affects the profit directly. Can the leasing equipments whether be used normally? Whether be maintained in time by regulation? What is the accumulative working time and the working time span of vehicle? It is very difficult to collect this familiar information for leasing company.This paper design a solution systematically for this management problem of leasing company, and propose a method of intelligent monitor for construction machinery, which solved the demand that the dynamic parameter of equipments need to be in the control of leasing company, and heighten the utilizing efficiency of machinery. The hardware layout, the transplant of uc/os-ii, the solution of the every function model and the paper conclusion are illustrated in this paper. The outline of this paper as follows:1st chapter: the market background and the international condition of this paper.2nd chapter: description of system solution including the hardware and software.3rd chapter: introduction of function model and solution.4th chapter: solution of important circuit.5th chapter: conclusion.
