This paper mainly discusses about the study and development of the assisted virtual assemble system. Deep research on the concept, characteristics and applications of Virtual Reality and Virtual Reality Modeling Language is done, also I studied the related theory of the graphics-based rendering modeling, Virtual Reality Modeling Language's frame and principle about motive effect and interaction and realized the design and the development of the course based on the Web.In the paper, we use the computer based model expression methods and the commonly used geometric modeling theory in engineering, created all the parts in the 3D entity which are useful. Then we use the graphic romance theory to realize the romance of all the parts. Also we did some research on VRML2.0's execution pattern and the drive methods based on the event drive, designed the interactivity of the VR assemble system's install and the disassembly, analyzed the step to model the VR assemble system and how to found the VR scene with the use of VR modeling language.The system mainly uses VR modeling language VRML2.0, combined with the Solid Edge to realize the interactivity of "assemble if it can be assemble, disassemble if it can be disassemble" in the system. The VR scene was found, finally we use the FrontPage to invert the system to be web, with the use of Dream Weaver MX, we pack all the resources on the internet, with the use of the internet, the students could browse the system freely.The system uses the design method combines the static state action and the dynamic action, analyzes the principle of the sensor's node, interposer's node and the switch node and how to use them to create dramatic and funny interactive scene with the use of VRML2.0's other node. In this system, we do the development combined with the use of Solid Edge, Flash, 3Dmax and Dream Weaver.
