Track Inspection Data Integrated Application System Development And Research

With the development of Chinese railway heavy load and high speed, railway transport delivery organization and travelling safety are effected by track quality condition. The track quality condition is reflected by track inspection data. So, it is very important to apply track inspection data sufficiently to insure track quality condition. The application level of track inspection data is improved greatly by applying computer technique in rail maintenance and management department. Based on this condition, this article mostly aims at research and development of multi purpose application system for track inspection data.First, the sense of selecting subject and research background is introduced in the first chapter of this article. The present status of track inspection ways of railway maintenance management department and track data application in-country and abroad is introduced. Based on above condition, the research point of this article has been discovered by applying track inspection data to guide the producing directly in railway maintenance and management, and the research primary content is ascertained.The theoretical basis of analysis of track inspection data——track quality evaluation methods, is introduced in the second chapter of this article. Then the rationale and methods of kilometer post checking of track inspection railcar are introduced, too. They are the theoretical basis of research and development of multi purpose application system for track inspection data.The design, research and development of track inspection railcar data management system, which based on background of railway maintenance and management of HanDan railway Maintenance and Management Department, is introduced in the third chapter of this article. The analysis of function requirement which based on railway maintenance and management department, analysis of user requirement, intergraded design and realization of track inspection railcar data management system is analyzed in detail in this chapter.The rail wound management in railway maintenance and management department is introduced in the forth chapter of this article. Then the application foreground of PDA in rail wound management system is introduced, too.In the end, the multi purpose application system for track inspection data is summarized in the fifth chapter of this article, and some expectations are proposed.
