At present,with the faster running speed of high-speed railway trains,higher requirements are placed on the quality of railway tracks.In order to ensure the safe use of high-speed railway tracks,in the laying of new lines,the accuracy of inspection and construction,and the maintenance of railway tracks,The track status needs to be detected.The common manual work method has been unable to adapt to the rapid development of the current high-speed railway.And the use of large-scale rail inspection vehicles for orbit detection is also unable to be applied on a large scale due to cost and scheduling difficulties.Therefore,the development of a portable track detection car for track static detection plays an important role in improving the track inspection efficiency,increasing the detection accuracy and reducing the cost of track inspection.In this paper,based on the common track detection methods at home and abroad,the existing track inspection trolley detection system is compared.On the basis of the measurement principle of CPIII three-dimensional detection system,the overall design scheme of the track inspection trolley detection system based on virtual instrument is proposed.The system is mainly designed from three aspects:structure design,measurement system design and display and analysis system design.In the aspect of structure design,this paper mainly designs the structure of the track inspection trolley in the detection system,designs a new Y-frame structure,and designs the independent structure of the traveling wheel and the positioning device aiming at the wearing defects of the outer ring of the traditional traveling wheel.Through SolidWorks software,the whole structure of the trolley is modeled and the static strength of the trolley frame is analyzed to ensure the overall strength of the car body.The measuring system of the trolley is designed to complete the selection and design of high-precision sensors,encoders,total station and data acquisition card.Complete the design of the measurement scheme for track gauge,level,space coordinates of measured points,track direction and height;and independently develop corresponding programs with independent control functions such as parameter setting,data acquisition and display,data analysis,track quality and data storage based on LabVIEW software platform,which can independently set track inspection parameters and display collected data in real time.The collected data are analyzed and compared,and the track quality is evaluated,and the previously stored data of the diseased road sections are replayed.In order to verify the detection accuracy and reliability of the track inspection trolley detection system based on virtual instrument,field test experiment is used to test the system.Through observing the collected data,the system can meet the requirements of measurement and use,and can truly detect the irregularity of railway track,which provides effective help for railway engineering departments.
