Intellectual-building, based on the construction and the computernetworks, combines the constructual equipment with the computer science,network information and automatic control technology. Therefore, anautomatic function can be realized in equipment controling,communication,official work handing and safequarding. It can provide a safe,efficient,comfortable and convenient environment by combinning the constructure,system,service and management. Intellectual building, appeared in 1980s, isimproving and developing with the renewal of the computer,communicationtechnology and automatic control theory, and is springing vigorously aroundthe world in resently years. However, in our country, it is mainly practicedin the banks,bond-markets,customs,airports,universities,high-leveloffice building and a few hospitals and national level key labs in developedcities like Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou etc. But it logs behind too muchin the center of disease controling and preventing which is very importantin the public sanitation and antiepidemic system. The frequent occurrenceof harmful events in the public sanitation system in these years disclosesthe drawbacks and calls for a new center of disease controling andpreventing in the way of intellectual building urgently.In accordance with the requirement made by Chengdu government, theintellectual building designing standard (GB/T 50314-2000) and the natureof the center of disease controling and preventing, the intellectualbuilding system is planned,designed and carried out with the adoptionof various industry standards and other latest and mainstream technologiesand theories such as TCP/IP network association, Siemens APOGEE and Vlantechnique. The requirement, which the item can be realized the officeautomation,network communication automation,building-contolingaotomation,security automation, and the labs can always maintain a certain new wind quantity,temperature,humidity and a safe minus-press level, isbasically finished.The reseach, connecting the center of disease controling andpreventing with the intellectual building, would be an attempt in thesanitation antiepidemic system in western China or even in the wholecountry. It would be taken as a reference or model in a certain time in thefuture.
