China's existing major car air-conditioning manufacturers more than 20,of which the vast majority of the introduction of foreign technology production lines and production equipment,and some Sino-foreign joint ventures,foreign automotive airconditioning technology research and development and foreign gap is gradually narrowing.From the aspect of market demand,the automobile air conditioner should further reduce the cost and improve the fuel economy.From the aspect of vehicle manufacturing,with the reduction of the floor and the large-scale development of the vehicle,it is necessary to further improve the composition of the automobile air conditioner Compact and efficient;from the passenger and the driver side,the car temperature should be a reasonable distribution,equipment operation should be simple,air conditioning device should be to the seasonal development.At present,China's auto industry in the rapid development of independent brands and joint venture brands in terms of sales volume and quality of the gap is greatly reduced,so the car air conditioning market demand increased significantly.With the consumer upgrades and energy-saving emission reduction policies to tighten,to promote continuous improvement and improvement of automotive air-conditioning technology,automotive air conditioning is no longer simply used for refrigeration and heating,but related to energy saving,air quality,but also To meet the individual needs of consumers.At the same time with the development of new energy vehicles,will affect the power distribution and mileage.New car market development situation,the car air conditioning will face a new round of upgrading and change.The research of this subject is that the majority of our own brand car air conditioners are the current situation of manual air conditioners of drawing machinery.The hand air conditioner knob torque is too big,and the life of drawing is limited.Users complain about the function failure and so on.The research content of this topic is:First of all,according to the customer to provide automatic air conditioning installation size envelope,performance requirements for air conditioning system design,to determine the entire automatic air conditioning system components and the main components of the detailed program.After the design of the main functional components of the fully automatic air conditioning system,we will conduct the CFD simulation analysis of the entire HVAC shell and air duct to meet the performance requirements of customers such as air volume distribution and air outlet temperature.In this paper,we simulate and analyze the temperature field and flow field inside the HVAC assembly by using the CFD simulation software STAR-CCM +.The STAR-CCM + software simulates the gas flow in the channel using a continuum mechanics algorithm and uses a polyhedral mesh to do the regional discretization.The mesh has both the adaptability of the tetrahedral mesh and the accuracy of the hexahedral mesh,and the number of grids Only one-fifth of the tetrahedron grid,and the calculation of convergence speed and quality will be better.Airflow in the interior space can be visually observed in the three-dimensional analysis.In this paper,CFD simulation is conducted in detail for the three experimental conditions of air distribution,cooling and heating of the air conditioning system.The simulation results meet the requirements of customers,indicating that the air conditioning system and the flow Road designed to provide support for freezing data and opening mold.Air conditioner system monomer test result are confirm the user demand,the airconditioning system has also carried out vehicle test validation,the experimental projects include: heating test,frost test,cooling test and defrosting test.Vehicle ring test results to meet customer requirements.Single and vehicle test results show that this article is fully automatic air conditioning control system development to meet customer requirements.
