Study For Controlling The Form Of The Tower Building In The Commercial Center On View Analysis

Mid-nineteenth century, the appearance of elevator and steel industry because ofthe rapid development of industry and economy made possible the appearance ofhigh-rise.In the following decades,with more and more construction projects andcommercial activity,people raise many new demands of high-rise.Moreover, theappearance of new technology,new material and new structure,the high-risehas improved greatly and coming into a new phrase.The Population urbanization urged the concentration of people in the cities, therapid rise in land prices and precious urban field in decades.Therefore,the hogh-risebuildings emerged widely,and became one of the dominant building types.High-rise isnot only the carrier of multiple functions,but also integrated the functions to aa complete organism,so that it is highly practical.Because of the higher height,the towerbuildings widely emergence in the central business districts,it exercisesa great influence on urban landscape and visual feel.People,as the owner of city and thesubject of observation,is received visual impact from the shape of the tower buildingsthose in the business district.So,the reaction from the impact makes more demands onthe controlling the form of the tower buildings in the business district.The visual perception theory is widely used for artistic creation,photography anddesign,and the theory covers a wide range.And the view analysis——as the derivativesof the visual perception theory——apply on controlling form of tower building is moreimportant. In the fields of architectural design,the form controlling of tower buildings isthe objective preconditions which belongs the visual perception and message deliveryfrom building to observer. There are many studies about the basic theories of thevisual perception theory,the application in many areas and architectural form ofthe aesthetic.But there aren’t many researches about quantify the theory and apply it tothe controlling form of tower buildings from many representative viewpoints.So,theauthor makes farther suggestions for the study for controlling form of tower buildings inthe CBD and the advises are have positive significance.Base on view analysis,the author surveyes field in many cities,and combine withthe theories of horizon analysis,eye level analysis and sight distance analysis, analyzesthe tower buildings shaping from many typical viewpoints. The author draws lessonsfrom the past of this building type,and extendes the theory to specific parts of high-rise buildings,which embodies the directive function on shaping the high-rise.At last,thethesis introduces the practical case which is ChangChun Jinyuan Square so that canfurther verify the guiding significance of the Visual Perception Theory.In the last part of the paper,the author makes a conclusion for theabove sections,and again,triggered a further study for the shaping the high-rise in thebusiness district.
