Fault Diagnosis Of Automotive Brake Systems Fta Law

Automobile brake system which affected the running security and parking reliability directly is the main reason of accident. Automobile fault diagnosis estimates the fault styles by using different methods and the related information. Fault tree analysis (FTA) is one fault diagnosis method that suitable to complex system. In this paper, the fault diagnosis of automobile brake system is analyzed based on the FTA for applying.Firstly, the theory of FTA is introduced, the related algorithms of qualitative and quantitative are studied and simulated on computer. Secondly, the function, structure and principle of automobile brake system are introduced, and the estimate guidelines are shown. The fault detection technology of brake system are analyzed, the criterion of detection are introduced. The affect factors of automobile brake are given by comparing the results of road and test, and detect basic fault with example are analyzed. Finally, the modes of hydraulic and baric brake system are researched, and the FTA of function faults for baric brake system is built. It shows that the results are consistent to automobile brake system fault fact.The faults of automobile brake system is researched deeply, and analyzed by FTA. FTA provides a theory for the design, fault detection and maintain of automobile brake system, and also has big worth for applying. It expends the fields of FTA and is valuable for the reliability.
