After the completion of the pumping stations on the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the project has entered the operation and management stage of the overall water diversion.During the operation stage,it is the main responsibility of the competent department to ensure the stable and safe operation of the pumping station,and the safe and stable operation of the pumping station unit is the key to ensure the normal water supply and give play to the project benefits.Disruption of water supply due to malfunctions or accidental shutdowns will result in significant economic losses and negative effects that cannot be ignored.Therefore,the stability of large pumping stations is related to the full play of the effect of drought resistance,drainage and water diversion.The results show that:Investigate and collect the common faults of the pumping station of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and analyze the positions and causes of the faults.The results show that:(1)The common faults of the pump unit mainly include:wear of the guide bearing and shaft diameter of the pump,cavitation of the pump,damage of the impeller,burnout of the motor thrust pad,failure of the blade regulating mechanism,stator and rotor failure,motor insulation,etc.;The main faults of the auxiliary machine system are:corrosion and aging of pipes and spool,blockage of foreign bodies,functional failure of parts,insufficient pressure of oil pressure device,insufficient heat dissipation of air compressor,overload operation,and insufficient structural stability;The main faults of the disconnection facilities are:solenoid valve sealing ring failure,solenoid valve coil burn,piston seal failure in the cylinder,oil pollution,valve group sealing ring damage,piston rod in the cylinder support structure wear,hinge fracture,clap door fall.(2)According to the typical faults of each system,the fault tree model was established,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree model showed that the failure probability of the pump main unit was 29.73%,and the insulation problem of the motor was the most important factor for the failure of the main unit.The failure probability of the auxiliary machine system is 15.41%,and the overloading of the cleaning machine is the main factor leading to the failure of the auxiliary machine system.The failure probability of outflow facility is 9.8%,and the sealing failure is the most important factor that leads to the outflow facility failure.(3)Based on the theory of fault tree,engineering fault cases of Baoying Station and Linjiaba Station are analyzed.By collecting the faults of two pump stations and establishing fault trees,it is concluded that the failure probability of Baoying station is 16.14%,and the solenoid valve sealing problem is the most important factor affecting the reliability of Baoying station.The fault probability of Linjiaba station is 12.93%,and the insulation damp problem is the most important factor affecting the reliability of Linjiaba station.(4)In view of the system faults of the pumping station,the establishment of the pump station fault analysis system,mainly for the development of the system comprehensive function structure,structure design and the development of the main interface of the operating system,describes the collection of information,mapping functions,qualitative and quantitative research functions and some other functions of the research system.Based on fault tree model and fault analysis system,can accurately clearly realized that the most important factor affect the reliability of the pump station,thus targeted to the key parts for repair and maintenance,to establish reasonable maintenance and maintenance system,early prevention,timely treatment measures can greatly improve the safety and reliability of the large pumping stations. |
