Steering gear system is important to the implementation of parts of the aircraft automatic control system, and various sports attitude of the aircraft have to rely on the steering gear to drive the rudder deflection. The Rudder Servo System performance directly affects the motor performance of the aircraft, its reliability will affect the reliability and safety of the aircraft,the event of a failure, will produce an immeasurable loss. Therefore, to improve the performance and reliability of the steering gear system has become one of the important issues for further improvement of the flight control system performance.The program takes a dual redundant technology designed the servo servo control program, to improve the reliability of the system. First introduced the remainder of the system management program, It is based on the unit-level parallel dual redundant system based, the obvious logic conversion advantage compared with other redundancy management program,and make full use of the resources of each unit.Then, principles and methods of use of the reliability analysis, system reliability analysis. On this basis, design the software and hardware of the Servo System. To the computer as a PC, the 89S52 microcontroller system control unit, brushless DC permanent magnet servo motor as an executive agency, by two sets of control unit, two sets of signals drive unit, two sets of motors and sensors are functionally identical and relatively independent two electrical channels, to design a set of dual redundant servo steering gear control system. Which describe in detail the composition and working principle of the Redundant Steering system, control system components and working principle, redundancy control strategy analysis and design as well as software system design and debug.It uses the steering gear is designed based on a set of servo steering gear control system,and it takes simulation dual redundant logic switching, the results proved that dual redundant servo steering gear control system is effective. It has a certain academic and engineering application, the accumulation of technical experience as well as China-made large aircraft.
