Semi-physical Simulation System plays an important role in the aeronautics and astronautics equipment's development for its control, security and unlimited field. Flight simulation turntable is one of the critical equipment in Semi-physical Simulation System, and its performance is very important to the reliability and creditability of the simulation. So the study of excellent and stabile high-quality Flight simulation turntable is critical for the improvement of ground simulator's capability.Taking the three-axis electric-driven flight simulation turntable of "the Semi-physical Simulation System" Item as research object, and based on engineering background, The paper focus attention upon modeling, control, and simulation of the simulator's servo system, especially aims to the choice method of key controlling components.First, The thesis gives a particular description of the collectivity structure and control system of the electric-driven turntable. Based on this background, according to performance requirements of the simulator, the author sets up every part's mathematical model of the system by predigesting, and get the total model of the object. The total model has important reference worth, it can be used in computer simulation and performance research. In order to get the simulation result of the control system, several parameters are calculated.Then, The thesis designs the association regulator with PID, and adopts PID algorithm to control the turntable researched. The simulation is simulated by software Matlab, in hopes of getting a good response performance, through adjusting the PID parameters and the forward feedback parameters, the performance of the turntable fits the target well.The low velocity smooth is one of the important performances of the DC servo system because it ultimately affects the precision of the tracking system. The problem in the flight simulator's low-speed performances is researched based on nonlinear friction model. The paper particularly analyses the non-linear factors' effect, especially the friction factor's effect to the turntable's performance. The simulation is simulated by software Matlab adopting the Stribeck friction model, and draws some important conclusions.In the last part, Aimed to some pratising problems in the research of the turntable, the paper sums up the choice steps about some key controlling components like motor, and validates in the electric-driven turntable, The author gets some disciplinary...
