M&C(measurement and control) technology and the supervision systems are rapidly developing and widely applying in many realm of domestic and abroad. This thesis mainly discusses the design of the real-time supervision software and data acquisition system based on distributed network, real-time extension system and virtual instrument, which is successfully applied in UAV Hardware-In-The-Loop simulation trial. The main contributions are as follows:1. A document review is made to analyze the present status and trend of M&C technology domestic and abroad. Aiming at the Special function request of M&C system in UAV Hardware-In-The-Loop simulation trial, the viewpoint that the developments of technologies such as computer network make the M&C systems are qualified is explained.2. The necessity of Real-Time M&C system is introduced by the thesis which set out from the whole structure of UAV Hardware-In-The-Loop simulation trial. The key-problem is also summed up, and a real-time solution based on Ethernet and "Windows + RTX" as the platform is presented.3. The thesis is detailed to introduce the concrete realization of M&C software and its data analysis procedure, which based on the analysis of the whole structure, the structure of network, the composing of hardware and software. Because of the difference between GUI (Graphic User Interface) and the network communicating in real-time performance, we used a structure with two layers including the top one and the bottom one. They run at the different operating system, and complete their own tasks. A method based on share-memory and event object is used to communicate and control between them.4. After several trials of UAV Hardware-In-The-Loop simulation, the result of on-line supervision and out-line data analysis is presented.
