Measurement and control technology has important properties for Hardware-In-The-Loop system. To improve the real-time performance and scalability issues of measuring and control technology, the thesis analyzes and studies the network communication problems in unmanned airship Hardware-In-The-Loop system. The thesis studies the network communication module through MATLAB/Simulink simulation software in Hardware-In-The-Loop system. The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:First of all, the thesis proposes hardware and software design scheme for unmanned airship Hardware-In-The-Loop system. The thesis explains the test principle of unmanned airship Hardware-In-The-Loop system in detail and presents the hardware architecture design and software architecture design of unmanned airship Hardware-In-The-Loop system. Then, the thesis introduces important influence for measurement and control system in Hardware-In-The-Loop system combining with the design scheme of unmanned airship Hardware-In-The-Loop system.Secondly, this thesis implements the network communication module and completes the requirements for real-time and expansibility in measurement and control technology of Hardware-In-The-Loop system. The Ethernet communication technology in combination with the S-function target Simulink in the design of network communication module control functions and has the measuring function of network communication module selection:the revision or adjustment of the main control computer in real time to modify the parameters of the request to send status information; simulation model of computer data; parameter information can be formatted in the simulation model of the monitoring.Finally, the thesis designs a network communication module using an improved compression algorithm DEFLATE for real-time problem between simulation target and data monitoring computer in Hardware-In-The-Loop Simulation. Simulation host computer makes the network communication module to generate the target program running in simulation target through RTW tool, then the program sends the simulation data to data monitoring computer via Ethernet. By comparing the experimental data, network communication module based on DEFLATE is better than the normal network communication module on real-time performance.The network communication module based on Simulink platform in the thesis can meet the requirements of measurement and control technology in unmanned airship Hardware-In-The-Loop system and has an important reference value for other Simulink solutions.
